Idhasoft announces signed contracts with DSW & FCI

Idhasoft proudly announces that the DBA-24x7 SBU has signed up two additional remote DBA subscription customers. The company has received signed contracts from DSW and FCI; this brings the number of monthly subscription customers to eight and the total number of DBA-24x7 customers to 14.

While FCI will be using DBA-24x7 for additional, routine DBA support, the relationship with DSW is more along the lines of a partnership. DSW is based out of California and provides server hosting services. The Idhasoft/DSW relationship allows DBA-24x7 to obtain additional monthly subscription fees from DSW customers looking for Oracle DBA support, while at the same time allowing Idhasoft to provide remote DBA services to its own customers looking for a complete hosted solution. The contract is expected to steer in more customers & valuable contracts.
